The home inspection went well. He pointed out a few small things that need to be changed but none of them were a big deal. He also gave us a home repair book that he helped write for Reader's Digest. So, just over a month and a half until the final papers are signed. We're still trying to decide if we should end our lease the same day or keep it for another month. It would be nice not to have to pay for an extra month of rent. However, it would also be nice not to have to move everything out the night before we close on the house.
